Early Spring Migration Bird Walk

Please join us for a very early spring bird walk on Friday March 21, 2025 at the Seneca Meadows Wetland Preserve.  We will walk about 2 – 3 miles round-trip.  There should be birds (such as waterfowl, possibly some raptors, and very early songbirds) which migrate through this area on their way to their breeding grounds.  Last year at this time, there were a pair of Bald Eagles that successfully bred!  The trails are relatively flat.  If anyone needs binoculars, please see our contact information below so we can plan accordingly.  As this is a very changeable time of year regarding weather, please dress appropriately with hats, gloves, boots, etc.  This is a free event, but registration is required by filling out the right hand side of this message.  For more information and/or any questions, please call (315) 539-5089 and/or emaill to fred.leff@audubon.org
