Food Waste Drop-off
The town of Seneca Falls and Seneca Meadows has established a food waste drop-off site at the Seneca Meadows landfill.
The drop-off site is available to Seneca Falls residents as part of the town solid waste committee’s ongoing work to help
town residents divert organics from the landfill, reduce waste and create beneficial byproducts for gardening and soil amendment.
The town of Seneca Falls first established a food waste drop-off site for town residents in 2021 at the town highway facilities.
The newly added drop-off site at Seneca Meadows is located at the residential drop-off area that also includes recycling drop off,
electronics recycling drop-off and residential waste disposal.
Food waste drop-off users must check in at the scale house at the landfill during operating hours.
The service funded by the Town of Seneca Falls is available to Seneca Falls residents only.

PLEASE NOTE: Yard waste may be recycled in a separate designated area at Seneca Meadows.
